Letter From The President and CEO

The Company currently owns 100% of eleven (11) potash claims in Newfoundland, Canada. It is adjacent to active mineral sites and other junior miners actively updating/upgrading their data. The NI 43-101 has been completed on the property and is being evaluated by our geologists. A copy of this report is available on the website.

Potash America, Inc. has completed the geologists’ report and lab assays from the Montmorillonite (Mont-mo-rill-on-nite) Deposits in Sodaville, Mineral County, Nevada. PTAM owns a 100% interest in 39 purchased claims and 48 additional company staked BLM Claims comprising the Montmorillonite Deposit. The Company foresees selling the Sodaville Montmorillonite Clay available to it from previously worked ‘open pit’ quarries. Initially, this clay is best suited for agricultural uses. The Company would market this unique soil amendment to commercial markets. Currently there are limitations placed by the Bureau of Land Management regarding gross tonnage. Applications to construct a mill, commence production, and expand production limits are underway. I encourage you to read more about this incredible clay throughout the website.

We are thrilled to have the talents and experience of Jeff Adams, Peter Schaumberg Esq., and Roger Haskins as a part of our team via participation on our Advisory Board. Please read about these great folks and the wealth of information they bring to PTAM.
